In this Information Notice, the principles regarding the processing of your personal data by Demos Endüstri Fuarcılık A.Ş. (the Company), acting as the data controller and located at Yeşilköy Mah. Atatürk Cad. Egs Business Park Blk. No:12/26 Bakırköy, Istanbul, in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the Law) and relevant legislation, are set out below.

2. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations pursuant to Article 5/2(c) of the Law,
Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, pursuant to Article 5/2(f) of the Law,
The obligation to retain traffic data within the scope of Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications.
3. Recipients of Personal Data and Purpose of Transfer
Your personal data may be transferred, in line with the purposes of processing personal data, to our business partners (outsourced service providers, hosting service providers), Company affiliates, and legally authorized public institutions and private persons, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
4. Application Methods to the Data Controller and Your Rights
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our Company, you have the right to:
a) Learn whether your personal data are processed,
b) Request information if they have been processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,
d) Learn the parties to whom they are transferred domestically,
e) Request correction if they are processed incompletely or inaccurately,
f) Request deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
g) Request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) to third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
h) Object to the occurrence of a result against you due to analysis exclusively through automated systems,
i) Request compensation for damages in case you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.

Our Company finalizes your requests free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged. Our Company may accept and process the request or reject it in writing by explaining the reason.
In cases where the application made by following the procedure specified above is rejected, the response is deemed insufficient, or no response is provided within the required period, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (the Board) within thirty days following notification of the response and, in any case, within sixty days from the date of application. However, a complaint cannot be filed without first exhausting the application process.
Upon a complaint or upon becoming aware of an alleged violation, the Board conducts the necessary examination ex officio within its scope of authority. Upon reviewing the complaint, the Board provides a response to the relevant parties. If no response is given within sixty days from the date of the complaint, the request is deemed rejected. As a result of the examination conducted upon complaint or ex officio, if a violation is identified, the Board decides that the unlawful actions detected be remedied by the data controller and notifies the relevant parties. This decision is fulfilled without delay and no later than thirty days from notification. In cases where irreparable or difficult-to-remedy damages may arise and there is a clear violation of the law, the Board may decide to suspend data processing or the transfer of data abroad.
